The turn of events after the #LekkiMassacre which led to the death of at least 15 people at the Lekki Tollgate have left an undesirable emblem in the city of Lagos.
Lagos State Government imposed a 24-hours curfew in the state after the devastating incident carried out by the Nigerian Army at the Lekki Tollgate but suspected hoodlums took advantage of it and went on a spree of destruction.
Not only did they destroy public properties, but they also damaged private buildings, stole from shops and malls across different locations in Lagos.
Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu alongside some government officials went on a damage assessment tour across the state yesterday.
