For prospective undergraduates in Nigeria, the UTME is a computer-based standardized examination.

It was initially expected to hold between June 5 and 19 but the UTME is also now expected to hold from June 19 to July 3.
In Abuja today May 15, Prof Is-haq Oloyede The Registrar of the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB), announced this at an ongoing press conference
The registration exercise will now end on May 29 as the registrar also announced an extension registration for the examination by two weeks.
