ASUU begins indefinite strike during Coronavirus outbreak
The Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU, has commenced an indefinite strike starting on Monday, March 23rd, 2020.
The announcement about the indefinite strike came through a press conference by ASUU’s President, Biodun Ogunyemi, at the union’s National Secretariat in Abuja.
The main reason cited by the union was the reluctance of President Muhamadu Buhari led administration to attend to the issues raised by its members after the end of their.
