It’s called the Bostoy Prison. It is located on the Island of Bostoy in Norway.
It is a minimum-security facility that houses only 115 inmates. The facility is only an hour sail time away from Oslo, the nation’s capital.
Interestingly, of the 69 employees of the facility, only five of them stay overnight with the Prisoners who are camped in wooden cottages.

The Prisoners, during their free time, have access to fishing, tennis, horse riding among other games.
A recent report by CNN shows that the Norwegian Government punishes the inmates by taking away their freedom but not taking away their lives.
The video documentary also revealed they have access to fully furnished kitchens, cooking and art classes and a recording studio.
