Breaking! Boko Haram currently attacking Mainok Town, Borno State!

Mainok, a town located along the Maiduguri-Damaturu expressway, Borno State is currently under siege by members of Boko Haram.

Reports have that the insurgents stormed the town in about 15-20 Hilux vehicles.

It was gathered that the Boko Haram insurgents are burning down shops and buildings in the town.

Recall that troops were attacked in Mainok by the insurgents in May last year.

Mainok is the headquarters of Kaga Local Government Area of Borno State.
