Nigeria’s COVID-19 cases has hit a new figure as the country confirms 117 new cases across the country in the last few hours which now brings the total number of confirmed cases in the country to 782.
The National Center for Disease Control released the new figures few minutes ago and it reads that Lagos has the highest number of new cases with 59 despite recording no new case yesterday.

The number of new COVID-19 cases in the north is on the rise with Kano having 14 new cases, Katsina with 4, Borno 6, Abuja 29, and Bauchi with 1.

The National Center for Disease Control also confirmed that the five previous COVID-19 cases reported in Lagos have been transferred to Ogun State.
So far, 197 patients have been discharged but 25 deaths have also been recorded.
