The number of fresh Coronavirus cases in the country is more or less putting a question has regards the measures put in place by the Government to combat theĀ Pandemic.
According to a latest report by the National Center for Disease Control (NCDC), the total number of confirmed cases in the country now stands at 9302 with 387 fresh cases confirmed on Friday.
Lagos State still maintains the lead with 254 cases while the Federal Capital Territory, Jigawa and Edo State has 29, 24 and 22 cases respectively.

The total number of people that have recovered stands at 2697 while 261 people have died so far.
With the daily increase in number of confirmed Coronavirus cases, it is expedient for the Government and health authorities to reconsider some of the existing measures put in place which seems not to be working.
