CAN President list three things responsible for #Coronavirus! See details herešŸ‘‡

CAN President

The President of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN): Reverend (Dr.) Supo Ayokunle has listed the three deadly things responsible for the widespread of #Coronavirus in the World. Ā While delivering a sermon titled:Ā  ” ā€œLooking unto Jesus: I Shall Fear no Evil,ā€ on Sunday, the cleric said the sin, disobedience, and arrogance towards God are the reasons why man is suffering great tribulations at this time.

Reverend Ayokunle said:

“As in the case of the children of Israel in this passage, the arrogance of man against God and lawfully constituted authority led to Godā€™s anger and judgment over the people.”

ā€œPeople say anything today against God and against the word of God. The Holy Scriptures injunctions, which are Godā€™s commands, no longer matter before us. We query the validity of the word of God and equally deliberately act against it. All practices that would make us worship God we reject or abandon under the guise of fundamental human rights.

ā€œIn some advanced nations, anything about God must not be mentioned in any public event neither can people worship God nor share the gospel with their neighbors. Doing so is an offense. This pride and arrogance against God came because of advancements in technology. We feel we can do many things without God and thus become ā€˜godā€™ to ourselves. Technological advancement should make us reference God the more because he is the revealer of knowledge.ā€

As at the time of this publication, Nigeria has recorded 36 cases of Coronavirus in the country with Lagos having the highest number with about 25.

Reverend Ayokunle assured Christians that God will surely protect his children just like he did with the children of Isreal at Goshen during the plagues in Egypt.
