The Federal Court of Appeal before the lordship of Honourable Justice S.U Bature has upheld the appointment of incumbent deputy national secretary of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Victor Giadom as the new acting national chairman of the party

This comes on the back of former Oyo State Governor: Senator Abiola Ajumobi’s appointment as the acting chairman following the suspension of Adams Oshiomole by the Court of Appeal on Tuesday.

Still on Oshiomole: The High Court verdict that Appeal Court upheld stated that Victor Giadom is the present Acting Chairman of APC, yet somebody somewhere went ahead declaring Ajimobi on ventilator to fill the void.

Reports has it that David Giadom has already reversed all the decisions made by Adams Oshiomole and as ordered for a fresh screening process of all party aspirants including Governor Godwin Obaseki.
