The arrest occurred near a shopping center in the Dallas suburb of The Colony, Texas at around 3am on Tuesday morning. Kazee was initially pulled over for failing to use a turn signal while changing lanes. 

Officers observed signs of intoxication in the 28-year-old, who admitted that he had been drinking, a police spokesman told DailyMail.com. Kazee was cooperative with police and the department spokesman described the encounter as ‘nice.’

Kazee failed a field sobriety test and was arrested. He posted $2,500 bond and was released at 12:34pm local time on Tuesday.
