Doja Cat wore an eye-catching sequined dress that sparkled brightly as she posed for the shot.

The hitmaker, born Amala Ratna Zandile Dlamini, also wore a fur coat during the photoshoot.

The Grammy-nominated performer accessorized with a single ring that shone slightly and added to the visual appeal of her outfit.

Her gorgeous brunette locks were covered up by a flapper-style cap that gave a little extra pop to her clothing ensemble.

Doja Cat began the interview by speaking about her earlier years and attraction to music. 

‘I remember that the only thing that I cared about every day was going to school and making playlists or finding new music,’ she said.  

The performer then recalled that ‘it was maybe around 11th grade that I figured that this was what I really wanted to do. Performing and music was all I ever cared about.’ 

The singer went on to express that many of her fans likely utilized her creative efforts to navigate their own lives.

‘I think some people look at things and they use certain pieces of pop culture or content to cope with this really messed up world that they live in,’ she said. 

Doja Cat was also upfront about the fact that she utilized the same practice in her own life.

She noted: ‘There are so many songs that don’t mean anything that I apply to my life, that I feel I can cope through.’

‘When I don’t have to do it and when it’s not my job, that’s when it really makes me the happiest,’ she said. 

Doja Cat also spoke about her songwriting process and stated that she had grown accustomed to a very informal method of working. 

‘When I do something, I try not to put too much of a concept behind it. I usually vibe and make songs, and whatever sounds good I smash it together,’ she said.

The performer then noted that she was excited for the upcoming Grammy Awards and saw the evening as a chance to enjoy herself.
