It seems the looting of hoarded COVID-19 palliatives across the country has now eclipsed the offline #EndSARS protest.
The citizens are now on a rampage of looting warehouses that contains hidden COVID-19 palliatives. Although there have been reports that some private storage has also been looted.
One will wonder why the security agents are not curbing the looting which is currently faster than a pandemic across the country.
Well, the security agents are also part of the looting in one way or the other, unfortunately.
Somewhere in Ilorin, some men of the Nigerian Army coordinated the looting of a warehouse most likely one that had COVID-19 palliatives stored in it.
One of the soldiers was heard saying; ” Don’t destroy anything, just go inside and come out in peace!!”
