Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC) stationed at Benin Zonal Office on Thursday, arrested a 22 year year old University of Port Harcourt undergraduate, Kenneth Gift, his girlfriend Spice Igwe and his mother Dora Animam for suspected cyber crime in Agbor, Delta State.
The trio were arrested based on credible intelligence report by the commission as well a petition from the United State’s Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).

The EFCC operatives arrested the them in company of a handful of exotic items which include; a 5-bedroom duplex, Mercedes-Benz CA250, Mercedes-Benz C250, Mercedes Benz GLK 350, laptop computers and mobile phones.

According to the commission, the trio have made tangible statements which will be used in further investigation and possible prosecution when findings get completed.
