Peace seems a long way off in the battle between former The Voice star Bo Bruce and her brother Thomas Brudenell-Bruce. 

In February singer-songwriter Bo won a High Court case against her older brother after being denied a share of a £2 million inheritance.

But Bo’s pal Charlotte Carew Pole, who is working behind the scenes on a new primogeniture Bill, tells me Thomas wants to launch a bizarre new action, to try to take back all the money Bo’s father, the Earl of Cardigan, spent on her up to the age of 18. 

However, the Earl may not be backing his son, telling me: ‘I am appalled at the prospect of yet more family money being spent on my two elder children having another go at each other.’

She has banked a six-figure sum for a new wellness book so surely Tess Daly has better tips for staying youthful than telling fans to start each day with a cup of builder’s tea?

‘I get up half an hour before everybody else, and I do a 15-minute yoga stretch and have builder’s tea. I start the day with a smile on my face,’ the Strictly host tells me.
