Users of social media networks: Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other apps owned by Facebook are currently experiencing difficulty in using the apps.
The three major apps owned by Facebook stopped functioning Ay about 5.00 p.m local time.
We’re aware that some people are experiencing issues with WhatsApp at the moment. We’re working to get things back to normal and will send an update here as soon as possible,” the social media company said on Twitter.
Other applications owned by Facebook such as Messenger and Facebook Workplace are also not working as at the time of filing this report.
