‘It’s a great time of year to exercise… people say they don’t have enough time but if you’re on holidays you have bags of it,’ Michelle began.

She then said people should plan to slot in between 20-30 minutes of exercise a day over the festive period, should exercise in the morning to ‘get it done,’ train with a buddy to keep motivated and to aim for consistency with their workouts.

Michelle also suggested beach walks and hikes as a great way to spend time with loved ones over Christmas and also to exercise at the same time.
