Since #EndSARS came to a halt last October, there hasn’t been any nationwide protest in the country but Nigerians might be on the street soon as #June12protest continued to gather momentum.
Following the ban on Twitter in Nigeria by the President Buhari-led administration 24-hours ago, Nigerians have been voicing their displeasures, anger, and frustrations against the action.
June 12 is Nigeria’s new Democracy Day and from all indications, Nigerians will be on the streets to protest not just against the ban on Twitter but also the high level of insecurity in the country, high cost of living, high handedness of President Buhari’s administration and other pressing issues.
The #June12protest hashtag is currently gaining impetus on Twitter and users with the aid of VPNs have been keeping the conversation going.

You see that #June12Protest if it doesn’t happen or we allow this evil govt let their fanboys takeover our protest again (in case we haven’t learnt from 20/10/20) then the blood of everybody that died during the #EndSARS protests is fully on our hands now.
