Veteran Nollywood actor, Victor Olaotan has been confirmed dead, PUNCH Newspapers reports.

The former Tinsel star died on Thursday night in Lagos according to his wife Julia who spoke to PUNCH Newspapers on Friday.

Victor Olaotan death comes after his prolonged battle with brain injuries he sustained after a ghastly car accident in 2016.

The veteran actor celebrated his 69th birthday anniversary on the 17th of February 2021 in a Turkish hospital.

In 2019, billionaire businessman, Femi Otedola donated N30m to the actor’s health condition.

Julia Olaotan confirmed that her husband fought for his life until his death.

His death comes after the demise of another Nollywood veteran, Rachael Oniga
