Khloe Kardashian kept news that she and ex Tristan Thompson are expecting their second child via surrogate a secret for a reason.
According to E! News, the 38-year-old TV star was worried that she would be judged which would affect her mental health.
Also on Thursday it was claimed by PageSix that she and Tristan are expecting a baby boy; they already have daughter True Thompson, age four.

‘Khloé has always wanted a little brother for True and decided to go ahead with having the baby with the support of her family,’ a source told the site.
As far as keeping the baby news on the down low, Khloe had her reasons.
The baby was conceived in November via surrogate but a month later Tristan admitted to having made another woman – Maralee Nichols – pregnant, which split Khloe and Tristan up.
‘Khloe kept the pregnancy a secret to protect surrogate privacy and safety,’ the insider told E! News, ‘and to protect her mental health from judgement from the public as a result of Tristan’s actions.’

His actions are his constant cheating which began before she even welcomed True in 2018.
It is not known if Khloe and Tristan are back together. Khloe has a habit of taking back the love rat even though he has cheated on her multiple times, once even reportedly with Kylie Jenner’s pal Jordyn Woods.
TMZ has reported that the baby is either already born or due any day now.
News broke on Wednesday evening that Kardashian is expecting a second child with her ex.
The television personality and the 31-year-old basketball player are due to give their daughter True, a sibling via surrogate, which conceived prior to the revelation that Tristan had cheated on Khloe and fathered another child with Maralee Nichols, a son, named Theo, in June last year.

The news – which was first reported by the gossip site TMZ – was confirmed by her rep to DailyMail.com.
The Mirror detailed how ‘grateful’ The Kardashians star was about the new bundle of joy.
A source told the newspaper: ‘We can confirm True will have a sibling who was conceived in November.
‘Khloe is incredibly grateful to the extraordinary surrogate for such a beautiful blessing. We’d like to ask for kindness and privacy so that Khloe can focus on her family.’

The 65-year-old mother of six said: ‘You never know around here,’ telling Ellen DeGeneres on her talk show that the NBA player had been ‘hanging around a lot’ with Khloe.
Kris added: ‘Like I said, I never count anybody out for the count. You never know what’s going to happen. I guess that’s why we’ve been around for all these seasons. 20 seasons.’
