Lagos State Govt withdraws charges against Naira Marley and Gbadamosi for attending Funke Akindele’s party
The Lagos State Government has withdrawn the charged it filed against former governorship candidate, Babatunde Gbadamosi and popular singer, Azeez Fashola, also known as Naira Marley.
Naira Marley and Gbadamosi were both in attendance at the house party hosted by popular actress Funke Akindele for the return of her husband JJC Skills on Sunday, April 5th.

While Akindele was arraigned before the court of law on Monday, April 6th, Naira Marley and Gbadamosi just faced the court at Ogba on Wednesday, April 8th.
According to reports, the government withdrew the charges against Naira Marley and Gbadamosi after they both tendered an apology for not obeying the lockdown rules.
The apology was addressed to President, Muhammadu Buhari (retd.), and Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu and unlike Akindele they were not fined or issued community service.
