The Nigerian Army, in a series of tweets, stamped with the label; “Fake News” has denied various reports that soldiers opened fire on peaceful #EndSARS protesters at the Lekki toll gate yesterday.
The Army High Command up till this time has repeatedly denied that soldiers were behind the massacre at Lekki toll gate which led to the deaths of at least 12 people while many sustained various types of gunshot wounds.
However, a video currently circulating on Twitter clearly showed that men of the Nigerian Amry carried out the gruesome murder of innocent citizens at the Lekki toll gate yesterday.
The video showed some of the badges of the soldiers as well as one of their names; “M. I Yahya”
