Holly Willoughby has dubbed her Freeze The Fear co-host Lee Mack the ‘funniest person I’ve ever worked with’ – despite her long-standing gig with bestie Phillip Schofield on This Morning.

41-year-old Holly joined comedian Lee to host the new BBC series alongside Wim Hof, and appeared to get along just fine with the funnyman.

And no doubt her words with sting her close mate Phillip, who presented This Morning with a host of stand-ins while Holly filmed alongside Lee.

Holly’s latest showbiz gig shows her in the Northern Alps, as she and comedian Lee stand alongside eight celebrities taking part in a number of mentally and physically draining challenges.

But as the two TV personalities stayed wrapped up for the icy show, Holly revealed she had ‘the best time’ filming, with The Mirror reporting that she gushed: ‘I’ve never worked with anyone as funny as Lee.

‘On screen, off screen. We had the best time. I’m a huge fan of his anyway. Spending time with him, we had such a laugh. He is relentless in his ability to just make me giggle constantly,’ she continued.
