A good number of people are believed to be trapped after a three storey building on Ibadan street, Ebutte Meta area of Lagos collapsed at about 3 a.m on Monday morning.
According to reports, the building had already been marked for demolition by the Lagos State Building Control Agency.
Latest reports have it that two people had died already, 23 rescued while others are still trapped in the rubble.
One of the rescued victim, named Dauda Aliu confessed that the building has been giving distress signs before the eventual collapse.
