Nigerian youths protesting at Ojota, Lagos stopped by Police operatives
There is news about protestors in Lagos State.
To protest insecurity and bad governance in the country youths gathered at the Gani Fawehinmi Park in the area of Lagos State.
However, they were dispersed by the police and some of the protesters have been arrested.

To prevent hoodlums from hijacking the protests the state police command warned the protesters to stop advancing towards the Gani Fawehinmi Park.
Due to the government’s poor management of the country many civil organizations had vowed to peacefully protest on Saturday, June 12 Nigeria’s Democracy Day.
However, those protests had to be short-lived due to the intervention of the police.
