Nigeria’s Esther Agbaje elected into Minnesota House of Assembly
Nigerian born politician Esther Agbaje has been elected to the Minnesota House of Assembly.
The United States of America (USA) general election is ongoing.
While many are focused on the Presidential office between incumbent Republic Donald Trump and Democrat Joe Biden the race for the house is also ongoing.
Days after Adeoye Owolewa won a congress seat in Washington DC another Nigerian Esther Agbaje just got elected to the Minnesota House of Assembly.
She took to her official Twitter account to tell the people of Minnesota for her election.
She said, “I’m honored to have earned the support and trust of my neighbors to serve as their representative for #MN #HD59B. From North #MPLS to North Loop, Elliot Park to Bryn Mawr, I will work hard everyday to represent this entire district with empathy, compassion and pride. #ThankYou!.”

Ekiti state governor Kayode Fayemi also congratulated her for the achvement on his official Twitter account.
He said, “Congratulations to our Ekiti daughter and Harvard graduate for winning a landmark legislative seat into the Minnesota state assembly. I just spoke to her proud parents from Aramoko Ekiti and extended the best wishes of all our people. JKF”
