Odion Ighalo scores debut goal for Al-Shabab in 4 nil demolition of Al Nassr 2

Former Manchester United striker, Odion Ighalo has scored his debut goal for his new club, Al Shabab as they thumped Al-Nassr 4 nil in the Saudi Pro League.

Odion Ighalo came in as a second-half substitute in the 63rd minute but didn’t register his goal until the 90th minute as he buried the ball beyond the goalkeeper from the eighteen-yard box.

As usual, Odion Ighalo knelt and lifted his hands pointing to the sky in celebration of his goal for the new after his loan move to Manchester United expired last month.

His goal will further fuel speculations as regards his rumoured return to the Super Eagles after coach Gernot Rohr said there is no reason not to take him back if he keeps doing well for his side.

Ighalo last played for the team at the Africa Cup of Nations in 2019 where he finished as top scorer with 5 goals.
