Photos: Governor Sanwoolu-olu presents staff of office to 15th Oniru of Iruland!

Governor Babajide Sanwoolu-Olu has presented the staff of office to the newly appointed King of Iruland: HRM Oba Abdul Wasiu Omogbolahan Lawal.

The Governor made the announcement public as he took to his verified twitter handle to post pictures of him presenting the staff of office to the Oniru of Iruland.

In the words of the Governor Sanwoolu-olu:

“The people and government of Lagos State have the honour to present the Staff of Office to his Royal Majesty, Oba Abdulwasiu Omogbolahan Lawal (Abisogun II), the Oniru of Iruland.”

Today marks a historic day as I presented the Staff of Office to the 15th Oniru of Iruland, HRM Oba Abdul-Wasiu Omogbolahan Lawal.

Until his election as the 15th monarch of Iruland, Abdulwasiu Lawal Omogbolahan was the former commissioner of Agriculture in the State.
