The 41-year-old flaunted her stomach in a baby blue crop top and leggings from her own label P.E Nation.

Pip looked incredible in her activewear set, which featured dark black panelling and a lace-up design over the waist.

‘Despite the burn, Pilates pain is worth it,’ Pip captioned her Instagram photo.

The fitness enthusiast enjoyed an outdoor Pilates session and then relaxed on a yoga mat after working up a sweat.

‘I spent a lot of time in my early 30’s doing weight training and HIIT workouts. I had a bad injury and kept training with it and then I hit a wall and realised that I needed to look after my body,’ Pip has said about her Pilates practice.

‘A friend then recommended a really good Pilates instructor who specialises in rehab Pilates. Now I make sure that I fit Pilates classes into my schedule three times a week and it’s changed my life.’

Pip has previously revealed she loves vegetarian food and her diet ‘borders on vegan’.

‘I’m all about a vegetarian diet, bordering on vegan,’ she told Daily Mail Australia.

A typical ‘mid-week meal’ is roasted vegetables and salad with ‘some kind of soup’, while she also enjoys tacos when she’s being a bit more relaxed.

Pip also told Women’s Health that she loves eggs despite being nearly vegan.

‘I always have eggs and tabasco in my handbag, I find it is the only quick thing I can snack on that is healthy and can also help to fill me up,’ she told the publication.
