Another police officer kneels on the neck of a black man during arrest in Pennsylvania, USA (video)

Another police officer has been caught kneeling on the neck of a black man during an arrest in Pennsylvania, United States of America (USA).

According to reports, the police officer knelt n the neck of the black man in Allentown, Pennsylvania at St. Luke’s Hospital-Sacred Heart.

This is against the policy on the website of the Allentown Police Department which states in the policy notes under restraint and control section that, “Use of neck restraints or similar weaponless control techniques (choke holds) is prohibited.”

The incident is in several ways similar to what happened to George Floyd the black man who was brutally murdered.

Derek Chauvin who was a Minneapolis police officer knelt on Floyd’s neck for almost nine minutes and he later died.

Ben Crump who is the attorney for George Floyd’s family shared the video of the incident on his Twitter page with a caption that said, “GRAPHIC VIDEO: @AllentownPolice held down this man’s face to the pavement and then one of its officers placed their knee on his neck!! This happened yesterday and is exactly what led to #GeorgeFloyd’s death. We need this officer’s name and badge # NOW. #ICantBreathe
