Muslims over the world are celebrating Eid El Kabir which is to commemorate the obedience and willingness of Ibrahim (Abraham) who God commanded to use his son as a sacrifice according to the holy books.

However, as a result of his obedience, God provided him with a lamb instead of using his son.

Eid El-Fitri is also called “Feast of the Sacrifice”
