Ryan Thomas was left mortified on Thursday’s episode of The Games after his cycling shorts split open, exposing his bare bum once again.
The actor, 37, managed to cycle to victory in the velodrome but at the price of his dignity, after he ripped his shorts open at the back.
His pregnant fiancée Lucy Mecklenburgh took to her Instagram Stories to share a snap of Ryan’s ruined outfit.Â

It’s the second time the star’s bottom has been shown on the ITV sports show, after he accidentally lost his trunks in the pool on Tuesday.Â
Viewers were distracted at the end of Ryan’s dive after his speedos partially fell off due to the force of the water and he ended up flashing his bum cheeks.

She joked that she hoped that she didn’t go into labour while watching Ryan compete from the stands.
Ryan recently revealed he may be forced to pull out of the show if Lucy does give birth, saying she was due to pop any day now.
Appearing on This Morning via video link, he said: ‘If this little girl comes this week, I am out of the show.
‘Fingers crossed I get to the end of it and I can finish it and complete it and then move on to the next chapter of our lives.’
