SARS operatives defy IG’s order as they publicly molest and harass a young man! Video 👇

Despite the Inspector-General of Police directive on SARS not to harass or brutalise anyone after placing a ban on the illegal activities of the unit, it seems those orders have fallen on deaf ears.

A Twitter user named Mr Blackie posted a video that showed how men of the dreaded SARS publicly beat up a young man before forcing him into their car.

The young was surrounded by four of the operatives as one of them hit him with his baton.
