Christine Quinn has confirmed she ‘terminated’ her contract with the Oppenheim Group.

The 33-year-old star recently left the celebrity real estate agency amid the launch of RealOpen, her and husband Christian Dumontet’s new crypto real estate business.

‘I terminated my contract when the brokerage launched. I had to make a business decision that was for me, so I had to terminate the contract so I could move it over to my brokerage,’ Christine – who stars in the hit Netflix series Selling Sunset – shared with People on Tuesday.

The blonde beauty previously discussed her business ambitions with Jason Oppenheim, her Selling Sunset co-star and the boss of the Oppenheim Group.

Speaking about the switch, Christine told People: ‘Jason knew. I told him. Him and I had had conversations a year prior. I told him I was doing my own thing.’

Christine made the decision for the sake of her own career. However, she was initially suspected of ‘bluffing’ about her long-term ambitions.

She explained: ‘I don’t think anyone actually thought … I think they thought I was bluffing; I don’t think they actually thought I was working on a company, I don’t know. But I told them for a year that I was working on this.

‘Everyone knows … Jason and I, we have a really good understanding. I told him, ‘This comes from a career move. I have to do my own thing. So that’s why I made the company.’

Netflix has yet to announce Selling Sunset’s renewal beyond season five.

But Christine is open to returning to the show, provided the conditions suit her.

She said: ‘I’m open to a discussion. It’s just it’s a matter of: I need to be able to promote what I’m actually working on. So if they want to accept that, that would be amazing.’

No show: She did not attend the reunion. 'There's not a place for me because I terminated my contract. He got a letter from my lawyers before the reunion. That's why there's not a place, because my license is hung somewhere else,' she clarified

She also addressed the claim made during season five of SS that she tried to bribe one of Emma Hernan’s clients with $5,000 to quit working with her.

‘Accusing someone of a criminal tort is not only defamatory — but you can’t afford my lawyers,’ Quinn said.

‘So it’s not a funny thing to say. I would never bribe a client. I’ve never bribed a client. I don’t need to bribe a client, because they’ll work with me organically.’

And she added that she was not even aware of a meeting to address the alleged ‘bribe.’

‘I didn’t even know that was happening. Are you kidding me? I was at home chilling. Don’t act like I was a part of that scene. I wasn’t. I didn’t even know it was happening,’ Quinn asserted. ‘This was all going on unbeknownst to me. So yeah, it was a shock.’

The mother of one also said that when Jason Oppenheim said during the reunion there was no place for her at his firm, she agreed.

Call me, OK? She also told People she would be open to appearing on Selling Sunset next season. 'I'm open to a discussion. It's just it's a matter of: I need to be able to promote what I'm actually working on,' she shared

That is because she had already moved on.

She did not attend the reunion. ‘There’s not a place for me because I terminated my contract. He got a letter from my lawyers before the reunion. That’s why there’s not a place, because my license is hung somewhere else,’ she clarified.

The company allows people to buy real estate with crypto currency.

I would absolutely still love to be a part of the show. But I’m not going to be a “friend of.” I need to be shown doing my real estate.’
