Senator Akpabio responds to corruption allegations, says former NDDC boss needs medical check up! (Video)
MĂnister of Niger Delta Affairs, Senator Godswill Akpabio has responded vehemently to the corruption allegations against him and the recent revelations by Joy Nunieh, the former Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission.
Senator Akpabio was accused of collecting and executing projects worth 500 million naira in the Niger Delta Development Commission while while he served as a Senator among other allegations which include a misappropriated 40 billion naira.
The former NDDC boss also accused Akpabio of threatening to sack her if she refused to do his bidding. She also alleged that only 8 billion was expended between October 29, 2019 to May 31, 2020 by the commission.
While speaking to ARISE News in an Interview, Senator Akpabio denied the allegations instead he said the former NDDC boss need to see a doctor because she has temper issues

Senator Akpabio need to visit the Senate pannel hearing the issues.
We need all these drama to sanitise the system. I believe the forensic audit is bearing fruits. Even if Akpabio fall he will not fall alone. The NDDC has been raped for many years before Akpabio intervened.
