A man will face court charged with murder following the discovery of another man’s body on the verandah of a share accommodation residence in Brisbane’s northeast.
Police were called to the address in Yundah Street at Shorncliffe on Sunday afternoon where they found the 52-year-old victim already dead.
Detectives conducted a series of interviews and examined the crime scene along with the results of a post mortem before arresting a 34-year-old Shorncliffe man on Tuesday.

Charged with murder, he has been denied police bail and is due to appear before Pine Rivers Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
Investigators say the deceased man was a resident at the premises and that the two men were known to one another.
