She is expecting her second child with her husband of three years, Neil Varcoe. 

And Sunrise newsreader Edwina Bartholomew thanked the Seven styling team on Wednesday for seeing her through ‘the last month of work’ in chic maternity style.

The 38-year-old shared two elevator selfies to Instagram showcasing her pregnant figure in a leopard-print blouse and stretchy black skirt.

‘Now you see it. Now you don’t,’ Edwina captioned the post on Instagram, referencing her baby bump that was hidden from view in the first image.

The  presenter, who starts maternity leave in January, said Seven’s wardrobe department ‘deserve a medal for finding this stretchy skirt’ which helped see her ‘through the last month of work’.  

Edwina was primped to perfection for her day on the Sunrise news desk, sporting an elegant makeup palette and with her blonde hair swept into a chic updo.

Earlier this month, Edwina and Neil celebrated their daughter Molly’s second birthday.

The journalist shared photos from Molly’s party on Instagram, including one snap of the little girl excitedly looking at her Bluey cake, which her mother had made.

‘The unbridled joy of turning two,’ Edwina captioned the photos.

Edwina’s friends wished her daughter a happy birthday in the comments section, including The Project host Carrie Bickmore, who wrote: ‘She is just so sweet.’

‘Oh her FACE,’ added Chezzi Denyer, as actress Zoe Ventoura added: ‘Happy birthday, Molly!’

Edwina is a big fan of the Australian children’s TV show Bluey, previously admitting she was ‘in awe’ of Bluey’s parents, Bandit and Chilli.

‘They are the kind of engaged playful parents we all hope to be,’ she wrote in her column for The Daily Telegraph in November. 

‘The great irony is that when parenting gets too much for me at home, episodes of Bluey are my go-to solution.’   

The popular ABC Kids series follows the adventures of ‘a loveable, inexhaustible six-year-old Blue Heeler dog’ named Bluey, along with her family, which includes her mum, dad and younger sister Bingo, and her friends.

The cartoon has also become wildly popular in the U.S. after premiering on the Disney Channel, Disney Junior and Disney+ in September 2019. 

Edwina announced she was expecting her second child on Sunrise back in August.
