Update! Ike Ekweremadu, wife denied bail over charges of human trafficking, organ harvesting!

Senator Ike Ekweremadu and his wife Beatrice have been denied bail by a London magistrate’s court due to allegations that they trafficked a 15-year-old Lagos boy with the goal of obtaining his organs.

The couple will be charged right away in front of a court in Uxbridge, according to authorities with the London Metropolitan Police, who made the arrest announcement on Thursday.

On Thursday afternoon, when Mr. Ike Ekweremadu went before a magistrate, bail was rejected. After learning that the involved child was a homeless 15-year-old from Lagos, the case was subsequently postponed till July 7, according to Arise TV.

Mr. Ike Ekweremadu’s spokesperson, Uche Anichukwu, confirmed that his principal had been detained in the UK.
