Watch hilarious video as parents welcome daughter back home with Sodium hypochlorite because of Coronavirus

Nigerians have taken some great precautions to the Coronavirus pandemic and this is exemplified by a viral video on social media.

A Twitter user with the name Sofiyyah was recorded as she was welcomed home by her family.

In the viral video upon her arrival, there were no hugs and kisses from her family members who were maintaining a distance.

They gave her wipes for her hands and even her phone, she had to leave her bags to be cleaned.

She also stated that her parents used sodium-hypochlorite, Dettol and ethanol for the cleaning of her belonging.

She also revealed that her mother is a microbiologist which led to the precautionary measures. She said, “So some people have been talking about the baby wipes. My mum is a microbiologist, she mixed sodium-hypochlorite, dettol and ethanol and added the solution to the wipes. So yes, it is effective in killing germs. I would also appreciate if we can all keep our comments friendly

“I hope everyone sees this so they can understand that we were not ignorant for using baby wipes.”
