“You are very stupid Idiot” -Filmmaker, Kunle Afolayan blast fan who queried him after watching the pirated version of his movie, “Citation”

Popular filmmaker and director, Kunle Afolayan has lashed out at a Twitter user who queried him after watching his latest movie, “Citation”

The Twitter user who most likely watched the pirated version of the movie said the absence of subtitles in the scenes where French Language was used did a disservice to the movie.

However, the movie director blasted Twitter as he accused him of downloading the movie from an unauthorised platform.

He said;

“You are a very stupid idiot. That’s what you get if you keep downloading films from unauthorized streaming platforms.” “Omo ale” (A Bastard).

“Citation” which featured the likes of Nni Edo, Ibukun Awosika, Gabriel Afoloyan (Kunle’s brother), Joke Silva and the daughter of Billionaire, Femi Otedola, Temi was released on the 31st of October and has received great positive reviews so far.
