A Nigerian medical doctor based in the United Kingdom, Olufunmilayo has warned ladies to stop putting toothpaste in their vaginas in a bid to make it tight.

In a long post on his Twitter page, he revealed such practice can lead to irritation, inflammation among other harmful effects.

He also added that such method can limit the chances of a lady getting pregnant.
