VETERAN Nigerian journalist Alhaji (Dr.) Mumini Alao cordially invites the public to a public lecture and presentation of his autobiography.
After thrilling and educating fans with the heroics of Nigeria’s men’s football team at the Atlanta 1996 Olympic Games in his first book, The Making of Nigeria’s Dream Team: Football Gold Medal Winners at Atlanta ’96 Olympic Games, Munini takes his readers on a personal journey in his autobiography as he shares stories from his childhood, family, career, and endeavors.
The event will be graced with the presence of top dignitaries, including former Lagos State Governor and Former Minister of Power and Housing Development, Babatunde Raji Fashola, SAN, Minister of State for Industry, Senator John Owan Enoh, Chairman, National Sports Commission, Mallam Shehu Dikko, President, Ngeria Football Federation, Alhaji Ibrahim Musa Gusau among others.
Babatunde Raji Fashola, the guest speaker of the event will speak on the topic: “Rethinking the current football model in Nigeria as a catalyst for sports development” as he lays a blueprint for the growth of sports in the country.
