Frank Onyeka Named MVP In Coventry’s Win At Westbrom

Super Eagles midfielder, Frank Onyeka was voted “Man of the Match” in Coventry’s win at West Bromwich Albion.

Onyeka was on for 86 minutes and was outstanding in only his second appearance for the club since he joined on loan from Brentford in January.

The defensive midfielder made 75% accurate passes, 100% accurate long balls, one interception, two recoveries, and three clearances and won four out of five ground duels.

Onyeka received a standing ovation from the away fans as he walked off the pitch in the 86th minute of the match as he was replaced by Danish midfielder Victor Torp.

The 2-0 win restored the three-point gap Frank Lampard’s men have over Middlesbrough at the top of the English Championship table.
