Former Super Eagles captain Ahmed Musa has unveiled his latest real estate project as MYCA-7 Luxury Apartments officially opened in Kano. The grand opening was held at the property’s location in Hotoro GRA, Tarauni Local Government Area of Kano State.
Musa announced the milestone on his X handle, describing it as a destination built to redefine comfort, elegance, and hospitality. He had invited fans and associates to join him in celebrating what he called the start of an exciting journey.
The Kano Pillars winger had been teasing the finished units in the days leading up to the launch, sharing photos of tastefully furnished studio apartments complete with fitted wardrobes, flat-screen televisions, and modern kitchen spaces. The apartments sit on Plot 463B, Mohammed Gayyama Street in Hotoro GRA, the same district where Musa completed a separate six-bedroom development in 2024.

This latest project continues Musa’s steady expansion into Kano’s hospitality and real estate sector, an investment drive that already includes a filling station, a sports and fitness facility, and multiple residential properties across the state. He has consistently framed these ventures as both business growth and a means of creating jobs for locals.
Musa’s invitation post drew attention from fans and associates alike, with fellow supporters sharing the grand opening flyer ahead of the event. The Super Eagles captain is yet to disclose pricing or availability for the studio units, though the rollout suggests they are open for immediate occupancy following the launch.
