De Bruyne, Henderson lead Premier League Player of the Season nominees (video)
The Premier League have released the nominees for the Player of the Season award on Friday, August 7th.
There are seven nominees for the award which include three from champions Liverpool, and one each from Manchester City, Southampton, Leicester City, and Burnley.
Here are the nominees.
Trent Alexander-Arnold who helped Liverpool to the title with 13 assists.
Kevin De Bruyne helped Manchester City to second equalling an assist record of 20.
Jordan Henderson who captained Liverpool to the title with five assists.
Danny Ings whose 22 goals saved Southampton from relegation.
Sadio Mane was the attacking buzz leading Liverpool to the title with 18 goals.
Nick Pope whose 15 clean sheets were pivotal for Burnley.
Jamie Vardy who inspired Leicester City to Europe with 23 goals.
