Sadio Mane wins PFA Fan’s Player of the Year award
Senegalese forward Sadio Mane has been voted the Professional Footballers’ Association (PFA) Player of the Year for the concluded 2019/20 Premier League season.
Mane was very influential helping Liverpool to their first Premier League title in 30 years.
Mane was part of a devastating trident attack for Liverpool that included Mohamed Salah and Roberto Firmino.
Mane contributed 18 goals with seven assists for Liverpool last season.
Mane is named the PFA Fan’s Player of the Year after his teammate and Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson won the Football Writers’ Association’s (FWA ) Footballer of the Year award and Manchester City midfielder Kevin De Bruyne won the Premier League Player of the Season award.
The PFA Players, Player of the Year award is yet to be announced.
