The Kaduna State Assembly has passed into law the bill to castrate convicted rapist.
The bill titled “Castration & Bilateral Salpingectomy for Rapist in the State” was passed to amend the state’s penal code law 5 of 2017.
This was confirmed in a tweet by the Majority leader of the Kaduna State Assembly, Honourable M.A Inuwa.
It reads;
