See why Lampard, Azpilicueta brand Sevilla a tough test for Chelsea in the Champions League
Chelsea are set to face Spanish La Liga side Sevilla in their Champions League group stage opener on Tuesday, October 20th.
The Blues go into the game after dropping points at home against Southampton in a Premier League game at the weekend.
Speaking at the press conference for the game was manager Frank Lampard and captain César Azpilicueta.
They both noted that Chelsea faces a tough challenge in Sevilla who won the Europa League.

Lampard
Lampard notes the concentration, focus and discipline we showed in our away games against Ajax and Lille last season, and that will be required again this campaign starting with the game against Sevilla.
Azpilicueta
says we need to fix our defensive issues collectively, and we can’t rely on scoring goals at the other end to get us out of trouble. ‘We need to start getting this consistency of winning games and not conceding, which will give our attackers more freedom.’
Azpi notes Sevilla beat Wolves and Man United in the Europa League recently so will be tough opposition for Chelsea, but he stresses we can beat anyone, especially at home.
