PSG announces the signing of Gianlugui Donnarumma from AC Milan!

Paris Saint Germain (PSG) has announced the signing of 22-year-old goalkeeper,  Gianluigi Donnarumma from AC Milan.

Donnarumma joins the French side on the back of winning the Euro Championship with Italy as well as winning the best player of the tournament award.

The 22-year-old leaves the Rosenneris after eight years at the club where he featured in 216 Serie A matches, 16 Europa League matches, and 12 Italian Cup matches.

The native of Castellammare di Stabia said he is delighted to be a PSG player and he’s ready to take up the new challenge.

“I am very happy to be part of this great club that is Paris Saint-Germain,” said Gianluigi Donnarumma. I feel ready to take on this new challenge and continue to grow here. With Paris, I want to win as much as possible and give joy to the supporters” 

Donnarumma who joins PSG on a free transfer is set to become one of the highest-paid goalkeepers in the world with a reported weekly wage of 250,000 pounds after tax.
