Super Eagles striker, Paul Onuachu has won the Belgian Golden Shoe Award for being the best player in the 2020/2021 Jupiler League.
Onuachu received the award on Wednesday night in the presence of his teammates and coaches.
It is the first time a player from Genk received the award in 20 years and Paul Onuachu became the first Nigerian to receive the accolade.
The tall striker had earlier won the league’s top scorer and best player award as well as the Ebony shoe.
Onuachu scored 36 goals in 42 appearances for Genk last season.
