Once again, Aruna Quadri is a champion in Portugal and announces he is leaving Sporting after 5 years (pictures)

Nigerian table tennis star Aruna Quadri has again emerged as a champion in Portugal.

Quadri emerged champion in Portugal alongside his teammates at Sporting Lisbon as they won the Federacao Portuguesa de Tenis De Mesa tournament.

Quadri then took to his official Instagram account to celebrate the victory with pictures.

Along with the pictures was a message of thanks to his teammates and the whole staff for achieving their goal however Quadri also announced that was his last game for Sporting and that he will be leaving the club after five year.

The message by Quadri said, “One more time, we are champions of Portugal.
“After good 5 years playing for @sportingclubedeportugal @sportingmodalidades, yesterday was my last match with the club and very happy with my stay with the club.

“I want to say thanks to doctors,president, physiotherapists, teammates, coaches and club fans and supporters from sporting clude de Portugal for the unlimited support.

“Portugal thank you for everything, for me Portugal is home away from home and Portugal gives me everything.
